Hi Suan Hong, Jasmine and Yuet Ting,
 
I went for the rehearsal today.
 
It appears that all of us (not only myself) are still included in the list of volunteers for the event and each of our assistance is still needed for this event.
 
Suan Hong, Jasmine and myself will be “Jalan Tan Tock Seng Wardens”, meaning that we will be guiding guest’s cars driving along Jalan Tan Tock Seng in the direction of HCA. And if the HCA carpark is full, we are to guide the cars to the National Skin Centre carpark.
 
Yuet Ting will be helping out at the reception/registration desk at Dover Park Hospice level 3.
 
Today’s rehearsal is almost totally unnecessary for us to perform our job.
 
We can attend the Remembrance event after we have completed our tasks.
 
We need to reach HCA by 1pm on Saturday. The event should end at 430pm. We should be adequately attired for this event (Please use your own discretion). This event should be quite interesting.
